KarmiloFox is a language-learning application designed to help users learn vocabulary through visual word cards, pronunciation practice, typing exercises, spaced repetition, progress tracking, reminders, and premium learning features.

These Community Rules help keep KarmiloFox calm, safe, respectful, and suitable for learners. By using KarmiloFox, you agree to follow these rules together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Be Respectful

Treat other users, creators, support staff, and the KarmiloFox team with respect. Do not harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, shame, or abuse anyone.

Do not use KarmiloFox to share or promote:

  • hate speech;
  • violent threats;
  • harassment or targeted abuse;
  • discrimination based on protected characteristics;
  • sexual harassment;
  • content intended to humiliate, exploit, or harm another person.

2. Keep the App Safe and Family-Friendly

KarmiloFox is intended to be a safe educational experience. Do not use the Service to create, upload, submit, share, request, or promote content that is unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate for an educational app.

This includes content involving:

  • sexual content or nudity;
  • sexual exploitation or abuse;
  • content that harms or exploits minors;
  • graphic violence or gore;
  • self-harm or suicide encouragement;
  • illegal drugs or illegal activities;
  • weapons, threats, or instructions for harm;
  • terrorism, extremism, or violent organizations.

3. Protect Personal Information

Do not share private or sensitive personal information about yourself or others through support messages, feedback, or any future community features unless it is necessary for a support request.

Do not share or request:

  • home addresses;
  • phone numbers;
  • passwords or verification codes;
  • payment card numbers;
  • government identification numbers;
  • private information about another person without permission.

4. Use KarmiloFox Honestly

Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, submit false information, or attempt to deceive KarmiloFox, app stores, payment providers, support staff, or other users.

You agree not to:

  • create fake or misleading support requests;
  • abuse free trials, refunds, discounts, or promotional systems;
  • attempt to bypass premium access controls;
  • use another person’s account, device, or subscription without permission;
  • misrepresent purchase, subscription, or billing information.

5. Respect Intellectual Property

KarmiloFox contains original app design, software, illustrations, vocabulary structure, audio, learning flows, text, icons, logos, and other protected content.

You may not copy, extract, redistribute, resell, modify, or use KarmiloFox content to create a competing product or service without written permission.

If future features allow user submissions, you must only submit content that you own or have the legal right to use.

6. Do Not Abuse the Service

Do not interfere with, damage, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.

You agree not to:

  • use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or unauthorized tools;
  • attempt to access non-public systems, code, APIs, or data;
  • try to break, bypass, or manipulate security features;
  • upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code;
  • perform attacks against the website, app, servers, or third-party services;
  • use the Service in a way that disrupts other users or damages KarmiloFox.

7. No Spam, Scams, or Unwanted Promotion

Do not use KarmiloFox or its support channels for spam, scams, phishing, or unrelated promotion.

This includes:

  • bulk or repetitive messages;
  • fraudulent links;
  • phishing attempts;
  • unrelated advertising;
  • fake offers or misleading claims;
  • attempts to collect information from other users.

8. Follow App Store and Google Play Rules

If you downloaded KarmiloFox from Apple App Store or Google Play, you must also follow the applicable rules, terms, billing policies, and subscription policies of that platform.

Purchases and subscriptions must be managed through the app store where the purchase was made. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

9. Reporting Problems

If you believe someone is violating these rules, or if you find unsafe content, security issues, payment problems, or app behavior that should be reviewed, contact us at karmilofox.app@outlook.com.

Please include enough detail for us to understand and investigate the issue.

10. Enforcement

We may review reports and take action when we believe these rules, our Terms of Use, applicable law, app store rules, or user safety requirements have been violated.

Possible actions may include:

  • warning the user;
  • restricting access to certain features;
  • removing submitted content where applicable;
  • suspending or terminating access to the Service;
  • reporting serious issues to app stores, service providers, or legal authorities where required.

11. Educational Use

KarmiloFox is intended for personal language learning. Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or commercial purposes that are not authorized by us.

You are responsible for using KarmiloFox in a way that is legal in your country or region.

12. Changes to These Rules

We may update these Community Rules from time to time. When we update them, we will change the “Last updated” date above.

Your continued use of KarmiloFox after updated rules become effective means you accept the updated rules.
